We really loved this house and had a great stay -- The pros: everything felt brand new (furniture, rugs, flooring, appliances, and beds!) and it was so close to Manchester but convenient enough that getting to the mountains for skiing was also easy. The kitchen was well-stocked, wifi worked great, and the kids loved the projector on the first floor. The cons: The first floor (which has one bedroom in it) was 55 degrees when we arrived and it took a full 48 hours for it to increase even 5 degrees higher than that. This meant we had a kid under about 4 blankets in order to sleep comfortably down there for 2 nights. The floors down there are also ice cold when it's cold out. There was also a broken window in one of the bedrooms that let in cold air. While we were able to remedy both of these situations with lots of blankets, it did take 2 days after constantly reaching out to Vacasa to finally be connected to a local person for support. We arrived on a Monday and reached out to Vacasa an hour after checking in to ask about the broken window and the seemingly not working first floor heat and were told that they were reaching out to their local crew to support us. We kept following up, but did not hear from the local crew until Wednesday - and they sent someone to the house to check on our issues on Thursday. It made me nervous about what would have happened if we experienced a real emergency situation at the house without that local support easily accessible - and not even a local phone number to call for help.
