Gather around the table in the living room while engaging in some playful competition over a board game, or stream your favorite TV shows and movies as you cozy up on the plush sofas.

The kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space make cooking a breeze. When it's time to eat, gather around the formal wooden dining table or pack a picnic and dine alfresco. When you can't get enough of the warm Vermont sun, fire up the gas grill and continue the cooking outside.

Additional interior perks include a wood-burning fireplace, a private washer/dryer, and central air conditioning.

The house enjoys a classic Green Mountain setting, in a wonderful section of Manchester right next to the Southern Vermont Arts Center. Don't forget to pack your hiking shoes for explorations around Lye Brook Falls (6.2 miles), your skis for shredding the slopes at Stratton Mountain Resort (18 miles), and your binoculars for gazing out at miraculous sights at the Saint Bruno Scenic Viewing Center (11.5 miles).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
