讚好：整潔度和住宿狀況
不滿：聯絡溝通
Though the apartment, the building and area around is nice. The attitude of the apartment management company was lacking. The apartment block and the floor were easy to find. I followed the email instructions from the management company, and I made my way to the apartment. When looked for the apartment I found that the number of apartments didn't correspond to the apartment number I was emailed. Confused I contacted a member of staff at the management company to confirm the apartment number. I told them that one of the apartments was numbered a certain way, and not as stated on the email. I was told rather curtly that was the right apartment number. The person I spoke too also seemed "put out" by the phone number I had contacted them on and wanted to know where I had got it from.
During my stay I wanted to use the oven. I turned the oven on, the light and the fan came on, but after 20 minutes the oven was still cold. I emailed the management company about the oven, the response I got back from them, was to watch a Video. I might be a male, but I do know how to use an oven.
