“I booked this property because it had a five-star rating and reviews describing it as very clean. However, each morning when I woke up, I found German roaches crawling in the kitchen. I also discovered what appeared to be blood stains on one of the pillows. I reported the problems and asked to be refunded for the remaining days so I could move to a clean rental, but my request was denied. I ended up leaving because I did not feel comfortable staying there. I do not believe I should have to pay……

“I did not have a good experience booking this property through Expedia. Communication with the host was a challenge, the property was not ready for check-in - had to sit and wait on cleaning crew to finish. Shower liner in bathroom had mold and mildew stains and when I messaged the host, I received an AI generated response just saying "Thanks for letting us know." There was no effort to replace the liner during our stay or apply a discount when requested. Also, we were not provided with the……

It was Clean and had all the basic supplies you may need for a stay. I would love to return one day!”

“Our family of 4 and our best friends, also a family of 4 stayed in this wonderful property over the 4th of July holiday. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kiddos all hung out and slept in the loft area which was huge and has a TV! The kitchen was nicely equipped, the dock was nice and covered. We swam and fished off of it. The only recommendation I would make would be sure to also rent the golf cart. So helpful when carrying things down and back to the boat. Lastly, the host was……
