Communication with the host was easy; he responded almost immediately and was quite pleasant. He gave us lots of useful information and even honored a couple of unique requests. “We had a terrible experience with this rental. Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation. Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most. And if you don't mind a shower with lukewarm water and no water pressure. Also half the lightbulbs not working. Room had used……

“Laurie was an excellent host! The nest was so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen area was very well stocked and the sleep number bed was dreamy. This location was ideal for everything our family wanted to do - ski Stratton, shop Manchester and antiquing in Bennington. I even planned for a massage in Laurie’s studio 12/10!”

“It is a great location, but I will say this particular condo doesn’t offer much more for the price. It is extremely outdated, dirty, reeks of smoke from the wood burning fire place (and not the normal smell, but clearly someone has used it incorrectly). Towels were dirty, the carpet is in need of replacing (it looks like the carpet color is “stained”), the counters in the kitchen are peeling, and it was just overall dirty and unkempt. For the price point of this condo, I would expect upkeep and……
