"We stayed in this property as a family of five, children aged 10-12. The house is very large which is great as everyone has their own space. The pool was brilliant for our children and it was cleaned during our stay. The house is about a ten min walk to a number of really nice coves for sea swimming and snorkling. We were able to walk to a couple of bars and restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend this property."

Margalida met us at the house to welcome us and show us all the fun features of this modern home. "Selten eine Unterkunft gesehen die so stylisch war! Gemütlich und schön ruhig. Perfekt von Palma zu erreichen. Der Garten ist auch echt schön und bietet viel Platz. Der Poolboy kommt jeden Tag um 17:00 Uhr und reinigt den Pool und nimmt den Müll mit. Absolut super !!"

"Just back from a lovely one week Stay in this villa, the villa has everything you could possibly need and more the pool is amazing, bed was really comfy too, we needed to speak to Cecilia for a couple of things and they were sorted straight away, quiet location but stones throw from bars and restaurants, we hired a car and went to Pollença which was beautiful Alcudia port is lovely too, only downside to stay moskitos, I have been bitten several times and we used a deet repellent, but didn’t work...

"The villa was lovely and had everything we needed,it was in a nice quiet area which was fine for us.Maria was a wonderful host,always helpful and even gave us a traditional Majorcan cake when we left.We would highly recommend the villa,although there were only two of us there was plenty of room for families or groups of friends."

"Not as close to amenities/beach as we’d thought. Approx 10-15 min walk to beach On outskirts of can picafort made it much windier than by beach. But villa lovely & big with pool and table tennis. Kitchen could do with grater, can opener and few other basics like 2 chopping boards and kettle that switches off! (Bit dangerous) but a lovely stay 😊 Thank you"

"Die "Casa Julia" ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr ruhig und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Schöner Pool, Hollywoodschaukel, billiardtisch und volleyballfeld. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."

"This was simply the best holiday we've ever had! The villa is spectacular; nice amount of space, stunning views and good sized pool for a young family. The villa was clean when we arrived. We had some issues with the water and air conditioning, but these were fixed by the management company very quickly. The contractors were very respectful. The pool was cleaned during our stay. The villa was very well equipped. We even met the owner who was very pleasant and gave our children a pair of scooters...
