1- No parties or events are allowed.

2- If the property is left in very bad cleaning conditions after your departure, beyond what a courteous guest would leave. For example, leaving pots and pans in the kitchen, excess trash in the bins, stains on the floor, dirty walls, these are examples of bad conditions. We will charge an additional $300 mxn.

3.- Local people must communicate before booking.

4.- Visitors are not allowed at night who are not on your reservation. If it is not mentioned that they will be in the reservation, the price marked in the application at that time will be charged as an additional guest.

5.- Young people, babies, young children, and children are more than welcome, but each one must be specified in your reservation.

6.- There cannot be more than 4 people inside or on the property at any given time.

7.- Guests will respect and follow all community rules listed inside the house or on the property.

8.- You agree to know and accept the following fees: a) smoking: $500 pesos for each day you are in the apartment smoking. b) late check-out: $100 pesos if your late departure is not authorized.

9.- A violation of the house rules may result in the immediate expulsion of all guests without a refund.

10.- You agree to book in good faith and will not attempt to damage the property because you are not satisfied with a decision by Airbnb or the host in the event of a violation of the host's rules.

11.- If the breach of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest, you are responsible for covering the resulting costs.

Pet Rules:

Number and Type of Pets: A maximum of two pets per reservation is allowed. Pets must be dogs or cats, and each must weigh less than 11 kg (24 lbs).

Responsibility for Damage: Any damage caused by pets to the property, furniture, or any other objects must be covered by the guest. This includes damage to furniture, carpets, walls, and any other part of the home.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Guests must ensure that their pets do not create a mess. Clean up any waste immediately and keep the area where your pet stays clean and orderly throughout your stay.

Safety Rules: Pets must be under control at all times. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the property without the guest's supervision. Ensure that they do not disturb the neighbors.

Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in specific areas such as bedrooms, upholstered furniture, or dining areas (if applicable). Please refer to any specific information about restricted zones in the property.

Noise and Behavior: Pets must not create excessive noise that may disturb the neighbors. Please ensure your pet is well-trained and behaves appropriately.

Pet Registration: It is mandatory to inform us about the presence of pets at the time of booking. Ensure your reservation is updated with information about the pets you will bring.

Pet Care: Bring all necessary items for your pet's care, such as food, water bowls, and waste bags.

Additional Pet Policy: If an additional pet is detected that was not reported or does not meet the established rules, we may request that the pet be removed from the property.

Emergency Contact: In case of any incidents related to pets, contact the host immediately to resolve the issue promptly.
