“Breakfast was delicious, fresh yogurt, breads, homemade jams/jellies, and homemade chocolates. The room was clean and fresh and perfect!! Close proximity to Juno Beach and the other D-Day beachs made Le Mas Normandy a perfect choice for us. If I had a complaint, it was that there was no cream for the coffee that was provided in the room.”

“Driving up to the historic Chateaux Damigny, with roses blooming along the path, I knew our stay was going to be wonderful. We were immediately greeted by the proprietor Vincent and his wife Corinne. Our suite was well appointed and very spacious with beautiful furnishings. In addition to the huge bedroom with seating around the fireplace and TV, we had our very own sunroom overlooking the fountain and the rest of the property. It was divine. Since we arrived late we had ordered a “cold plate”……

“Awesome place to stay. The staff spoke good english and were very helpful. Manuel and Sebastion were very knowledgable about the area as well as its history. They were great to have around to help my family and i with planning our route to hit all the spots relevant to the allied invasion of 1944.”

“The place is very basic and comfortable. The room was very clean. We weren't able to adjust the temperature in the room which we would have liked. We did all at the desk but it's possible that language differences made our request useless. It's a great base for Normandy sightseeing.”

“The room was amazing! The host has a ton of knowledge on the local food and shops, and even makes an amazing breakfast, too! The house is centrally located in a perfect spot for anyone wanting to see D-Day history. I hope to be back in Normandy again, and when I do, this is where I’ll stay! ”

“Bon accueil dès notre arrivée, personnel agréable. L’hôtel vient de changer d’enseigne et est encore en travaux. Nous avions une chambre familiale rénovée, spacieuse et confortable, mais elle sentait encore la peinture, ce qui n’était pas très agréable. De plus, une prise sur deux ne fonctionnait pas et certaines finitions restaient à faire. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas au niveau attendu pour un 3 étoiles. En revanche, l’hôtel bénéficie d’un bel emplacement et dispose d’un grand parking.”

“Breakfast was fresh foods including homemade jams, fruits from garden, local cheeses and breads and eggs from the farm. Comfortable beds, quiet property, conveniently located near WW2 museums and historical sites. Paul is an amazing host. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Everything here was stupendous. Especially the owners who were so kind and helpful. And the setting was so beautiful that we didn't want to leave after 4 nights. Highly recommend. Also, easy access to many parts of Normandywith a car. ”

“Amazing stay! Lovely beachside hotel with two amazing restaurants! My only comment would be that the caulking around the shower stall base needs a good scrub. Otherwise it was a great stay!”
