“I checked in to sleep and but had trouble sleeping because of nearby party. When I raised my concern, it was properly addressed. General manager of the hotel personaly talked to me, understood my concern and not just apologized but rightly compensated with food and royal tour of the palace. He even offered free accommodation for another day but my trip plan didn't allow me to take it. Mr. Shyam singh from front office courtesly explained the palace and royal dynasty. “This property is very reasonably priced in comparison to what you get. The bed was very comfy and the air conditioning was fab. I had the paneer makhani and jeera rice for dinner and it was sooo good. There is a pharmacy a few doors down which was very useful for me. I did a tuk tuk tour around Jodhpur and there were no issues with picking me up and dropping me back to this hotel. This is a very good 3* hotel and they even went out of their way to pack me a breakfast when I was leaving early. I……

“Our family of four, with two boys ages 13 and 11, stayed for three nights at Surpura Bagh. We absolutely loved it! The staff were wonderful and our room/villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially loved eating at the resort’s two restaurants and using the swimming pools - both the larger one by the restaurants and the smaller private one at our villa. We have no real complaints . The resort is about 11 km away from the city and main attractions, so be prepared to make arrangements……

“The hotel stay was excellent. The owner is very polite, helpful and maintains a friendly approach throughout the visit. He also provided proper guidance whenever needed. The rooms and bathroom are neat and clean, and the service is very responsive, even during late night even mid night also. The location is close to Ghanta Ghar, which is convenient for travel. “The room was large, clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. We got the top room 108 for a family of 4. It’s hard to find accommodation large enough but this was really nice. Kids on mattresses on floor. The manager owns 3 hotels and had everything running smoothly. Shower hot, soap and shampoo supplied. Brilliant chefs who run everything. I loved my chai and our meals. “It was a business with family trip. Adjoining semi natural lake is its USP which my family enjoyed. Stayed for 2 nights and I have no complains. Staff very cordial. Overall a pleasant stay.”
