Villa Iris with large veranda

About 350 meters from the main beach of San Pietro in Bevagna (TA), a spacious, four-sided detached villa surrounded by outdoor space. The property is located on a cul-de-sac and is accessed via a private entrance that leads to the spacious outdoor area. A covered porch leads into the home, which features a large, bright living area complete with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a convenient entryway, three bedrooms with windows, and two full bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Two of the bedrooms are double bedrooms, and one features four bunk beds.
