Everything we had hoped for

We were very happy with our stay. The completely fenced in yard was a big plus for our dog. 15 minute walk to the water.

Garda family stay

Our family with 2 children aged 8 & 11 had a lovely week. The house has everything needed and the host made an effort to make sure we were welcomed and went through the property in detail. There is plenty of space and the children enjoyed the pool with outdoor shower. Good base if you have a hire car.

Relaxing at Garda lake

The house has everything although it needs an update inside. The garden is awesome, great for smaller kids too and also for dogs. The Property Manager was very helpfull.

Comfortable, clean and well appointed. Lovely position-private yet close to Lake Garda

We very much enjoyed our stay at the villa which was very comfortable and in a great position for visiting Lake Garda (about 15 minutes walk). The manager, Diego was very friendly and gave us lots of useful advice about visiting the local area. He was also very quick to respond when we had a minor problem with the pool. We recommend a boat trip around the lake and visits to Limone and Sirmione plus a trip to Verona to see an opera. (take cushions!) Loved our week and plan to return sometime.

Great location with amazing scenery

Villa was very clean and well presented. Original rustic features were charming. The garden and view to the lake was beautiful and made the whole trip even better. The pool was bigger than it looked in the photos with plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids to splash around. We had such a blissfully chilled time and managed to get to the spots we wanted to visit with no hassle, although we had our own car which I think was an essential. The manager Diego was very friendly and helpful, and gave a full tour of the villa when we arrived. Great chap. Would recommend this villa for its ideal location to have a relaxing holiday.

Tolle Unterkunft und Lage

Der Blick auf den See ist sehr schön. Der Pool wurde ebenfalls genutzt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Alles in Allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Wäre sehr angenehm gewesen, wenn wir nicht 5 Tage von starken Baulärm (unmittelbar Rückseite Garten, deshalb nicht nutzbar) beeinträchtigt worden wären.

Toller Urlaub

Wir wurden vorab toll informiert und hätten sogar schon am Vormittag anreisen können. Was wir leider nicht annehmen konnten da wir auf der Anreise einen Autoschaden hatten und sogar erst am nächsten Tag kommen konnten. Hier wurde super reagiert und es war kein Problem am nächsten Tag zu der Zeit anzukommen, die wir einfach schafften. Das Haus selbst hat uns gut gefallen, die Möbel auf der Terrasse einfach super, der Garten genial. Das Einzige was mich persönlich wirklich gestört hat war die zu starke Chlorung des Pools. Dies möchte ich jedoch nicht als zu negativ auslegen, da ich es vor Ort auch nicht erwähnt habe. Gut ändern hätte man daran dann auch nichts können. Wenn es passt werden wir wieder kommen.

Super Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa Chiara! Das Haus ist sehr sauber, der Garten toll (gerade auch für Hundebesitzer, komplett eingezäunt), die Lage des Hauses günstig und die schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf See und Berge vermissen wir jetzt schon! Ferie i Villa Chiara

Besværlig kommunikation med Vrbo pga konstant nye koder ligesom kommunikation med den lokale repræsentant gennem Vrbos hjemmeside ikke fungerede. Vi fik tre dage før ankomst oplyst at nabogrunden var en byggeplads hvilket både før og under opholdet gav anledning til stort tidsforbrug på kommunikation med Vrbo/lokal repræsentant og selvfølgelig en del støj under opholdet og byggestøv i poolen. Den lokale repræsentant gjorde dog hvad han kunne for at hjælpe os. Selve huset og omgivelserne var dog dejlige og kan godt anbefales. Tina og Klaus, DK

Ruhig gelegene Villa mit großen Garten

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.Der Check-in mit Diego war sehr freundlich und es wurde alles ausführlich erklärt. Auch bei einem Problem ( Arm im Ort gebrochen) war Diego telefonisch sofort erreichbar und gab Hilfe für die medizinische Behandlung.Dafür an dieser Stelle nochmals "mille grazie". Der Pool war sauber und die Villa funktional eingerichtet.Es fehlte an nichts. Wir können dieses Domizil weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen

Tolle Organisation, von der Schlüsselübergabe bis zur Abreise. Die Hausverwaltung war jederzeit ansprechbar und reagierte unmittelbar. Das Aussengelände ist Top, 5 Sterne, besonders wenn man einen Hund mit in den Urlaub nimmt. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet, wir habe nichts an Einrichtung vermisst, auch wenn die Einrichtung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Ein kleines Manko ist der fehlende Insektenschutz an den Fenstern (war nur im großen Schlafzimmer vorhanden).

Schöner Ausblick ...

... von der Terrasse und aus dem Garten. Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können: Es war nicht schwierig, die Küche sauberer zu verlassen, als wir sie vorfanden. Die Bäder rochen beim Bezug extrem nach Putzmittel und Chlor, waren also geputzt, aber nicht ausreichend nachgespült. Die Betten sind sehr angenehm. Die Holzfenster sind schon alt, wobei sie den Charme der Mitte des letzten Jahrhunderts verströmen. Der Aufstellpool ist wirklich groß, so dass Klein und Groß dort ihren Spaß haben können. Insgesamt haben wir eine schöne Zeit verlebt, auch wenn die Abende durch sehr laute Live-Musik vom gerade in diesen Tagen stattfindenden ManerBeer-Festival alles andere als still waren, dafür war es tagsüber sehr friedlich.

Tolles Haus mit großem Garten

Unser Aufenthalt als Familie war wunderbar. Der Garten und der Pool waren für uns und unsere Hunde traumhaft. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen waren die vielen Moskitos dieses Jahr. Das Haus ist ausreichend groß. Es war alles sehr sauber. Allerdings ist es in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt bald ein Update. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir sind von Diego sehr herzlich in der Unterkunft empfangen worden. Nach einer kurzen Einweisung haben wir uns dann häuslich eingerichtet. Wir haben alles in einem sehr ordentlichen, gepflegten und sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Unser Urlaub war, dank des schönen Gartens, des Pools, des Hauses und der Umgebung wundervoll. Alles war wie beschrieben und Diego war immer für uns ansprechbar.

Leider mussten wir den Urlaub frühzeitig abbrechen...

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und auch der Pool und der Garten sind groß und für Urlaub mit Hunden oder Kindern geeignet. Diego war gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und hat beim Check-In alles erklärt. Durch ein Loch im Zaun zum angrenzenden Grundstück, konnte man die Hunde leider nicht entspannt und unbeaufsichtigt draußen lassen. Zudem haben wir direkt ab dem ersten Tag ein großes Kakerlaken Problem gemeldet, sowohl im Bereich Küche und Wohnzimmer als auch in einem der Schlafzimmer. Wir mussten den Urlaub schließlich frühzeitig beenden.

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Unser Gastgeber Diego war sehr freundlich, und von Anfang der Reisebuchung bis zur Abreise immer hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Die ruhige Lage und das riesige rundum eingezäunte Grundstück mit Pool sind fabelhaft. Für Hunde sowohl für Kinder ein Traum :-) Es ist in der Küche und im ganzen Haus, alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Werden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.
