“The hotel is conveniently located by walking distance to old town about 20-25 minutes by walk and only 15 min to Wawel castle. The room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet, yet the neighborhood is not perfect. On the way walking to #179 or #304 bus station, it needs go under a turned which is dirty. They charge only 38 pln for breakfast, but I would rather pay 55 pln for a delicious one like I had in Warsaw. It is very simple breakfast, but coffee machine is……

“Clean good size room. Bed came down from the ceiling. Great location walkable to the main sites. Having a drinking water facility in the lobby with water jugs to take to your room was very helpful ”

“Very good location - a short walk to Main Square. Very accessible area for Ubers - Ubers are very cheap and you can get one very easily. The hotel is beautiful and classically decorated. It also smells amazing - very similar to Tobacco Vanille by Tom Ford. A stand out feature has to be the breakfast. Amazing! Also the little cocktail lounge on the lower floor serves a fantastic range of drinks and cocktails and the atmosphere in there is both relaxed and indulgent. Despite being a five star……

“The uniqueness of the room.The bathroom was ideal very modern. It was minus 12 and thick snow when we were there but the room was nice and cosy. And nice hot chocolate at reception It was lovely and clean. The staff were lovely. The breakfast (not included) was very nice. IDue to the weather. We didn’t make use of top deck bar but I couldn’t imagine it would be lovely, the river was nearly completely frozen. The stairs could be an issue for people with mobility problems. The view from the room……
