A great place for renting and relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the offerings of Guam. Jack and Dina were very responsive, friendly, and supportive.

Close to University of Guam, clean, and working kitchen.

The apartment was clean, spacious and had two bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots and utensils. We did not use the tv so can't comment on that. The location is quiet, and close to the University of Guam which was great for our purpose. Dina responded quickly to my questions, and Queen was available if I needed anything during my stay.
