「Das Personal war immer freundlich sobald es Fragen jeglicher Art gab. Vermisst habe ich die positive, lockere Ausstrahlung im Umgang. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts habe ich ein Lächeln der Mitarbeiter sehr vermisst. "Danke", Bitte" "Wünsche für den Tag" davon war im Bereich des Frühstückraums nichts zu spüren. Stumme Diener!?
