The holiday apartment "Aravis" in Manigod offers direct access to the ski slopes. This 44 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (video calls possible), TV, heating, and a washing machine. A baby cot and high chair are also available.



The highlight of this apartment is its private balcony. A shared outdoor area with a fenced pool, children's pool, and tennis court is also at your disposal.



The property is within walking distance of a supermarket, bakery, sports shop, restaurant, and public transport. The La Clusaz ski resort is a 15-minute drive away and can be reached on skis. A chairlift is available for this (in summer, a lift for mountain bikes is also in operation). Lake Annecy can be reached in 45 minutes.



Parking is available on the property. Families with children are welcome; a travel cot and high chair are provided. Air conditioning is not available and pets are not allowed. Towels and bed linen are not provided.
