PARKING INFORMATION:

Parking is available with extra charge from SMDC managements.

Parking inside the resident ranges from 500-800 pesos overnight.

There is outdoor parking at a first come first serve basis. First 4 hours is 50 pesos, after 4 hours it is 50 pesos/hr; overnight (1-6am) is 350 pesos.

Just a quick note regarding indoor parking…there is a security guard in front of the lobby. The driver of the car can ask the security guard for directions, and they will guide the way to both the outside parking area and the parking inside the building.

The outdoor and indoor is first come first serve.
