Great staff, great room!
Great location. Stayed here to take the Klook bus/ferry to Puerto Galera. Staff was great, room was clean with good air conditioning and hot shower. The breakfast buffet in the morning which we opted for in our room charges was delicious. Highly recommend the Citystate Tower Hotel.

City State Tower.
First room no windows. Asked for change, moved me to a room with windows. Wondering why I was not placed there the first time. Very nice and clean, 2 beds, warm shower. BREAKFAST needs improvements. Had to search for napkins and silverware, not on table. Scrambled eggs pan empty, sausages cold, limited items, no pancakes, ample salad items.

There was a misunderstanding over the bed types in the room. One call to the front desk resulted in us promptly being relocated to a more suitable arrangement. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

All over the Philippines there are sneaky little 1-2 inch steps/ rises that completely catch you by surprise. Found it to be a nationwide issue, weird - so watch your step. Exiting your room's bathroom and even a few spots in the lobby no exception. Not enough fruit on the menu so I hunted my own and cut it up in my room, but I came to Asia to gorge on Papaya, mango, mangosteen, etc.

Hmmm didn’t expect the room is like a jail that there is no window.,room is old, need remodeling also the bathroom, closet and floor. I don’t think I’ll stay anymore and a ain’t recommended to stay there.

This is about a 3 star property. Get a room in the back, because the ones in the front get a lot of street noise. The best thing about this place is they have a bus/ferry combo going to beach resort Puerta Galera. It leaves at 9:30 a.m.

Citystate Tower stay
Airconditioning unit was old so do expect that you will be sleeping with sweat esp. during summer nights. Towels were old. Luggages in the reception area were an eyesore. Half of the bldg. is also a casino. So, if you're a non smoker better find another hotel. In all fairness, the breakfast food was good although they don't serve hot chocolate in the buffet.

Breakfast is ok, not that much to choose from. On parking, they don't have parking space in the bldg but have parking arrangement few blocks from the hotel and you can avail of their valet but we have to look for where the car was parked afterwards as it was not in the location they indicated.

Mediocre, dated hotel. It's cheap and definitely good value for the money, but when my stay in Manila got extended, we chose to move to another facility rather than extend here. Small rooms, tiny tv. Nice big shower, grey linens.

Parking was a pronlen from the very start, i.e., upon arrival. Manager was very accommodating, just like the ftont desk staffs. The manager accompanied me to the parking lot - at the cherry blossoms - since i misplaced my valet parking stub. When we got back to citystate, i took my other car key back. Later did i notice that the house key attached to it was already torn to half. Whew! Otherwise, the rest was good

Dirty hotel with tiny grotty rooms. Nothing like the picture shown by expedia. Breakfast was terrible. Dining room too small for the number of guests. Had to ask for a clean knife and fork or for a cup to get some coffee, no toaster. Chef tried to pan fry some bread for me whilst my eggs were going cold. Told him not to worry. Last time i use Expedia !

It was only a one night stay because we wanted to rest up after a long drive to Bolinao. We’ve stayed here many times because the customer service is excellent. The bellhops and security really take care of us. We use to stay at 4-5 star hotels, but after staying at Citystate, we haven’t stayed anywhere else except Citystate,
