Not as advertised. No actual double or queen beds. No phone answers and no email response (at least for foreigners). Screaming kids and drunk people who can't count trying to force their way into your room. If you need to make changes due to flights or emergency you won't get an answer. Then you get fawning, sycophantic staff full of false smiles and rubbish. Save money and stay somewhere else. Absolute rip off.

Not my best stay. The sheets had a couple stains covered up by the foot runner. The AC was subpar, and the free internet was not available at 6am, the next day.

Service was good specially housekeeping and kitche
We stayed there for 3 nights and on our 1st night, they put us to a room that is very noisy as it’s close to edsa, also the room is quite old and smelly, I think sa plumbing na ung problem kasi amoy kanal, so I asked for an exchanged of room and they said they we’re fully booked, so we have to stay on that room for 1 night. We didn’t sleep at all. But on the 2nd & 3rd night, they changed our room and everything is perfect. Thank you!

The staff were nice but the stay wasnt so good. I booked a stay overnight because i came from long distance work and i have to get to another work near the area for the next day. I was under the impression that there would be a parking within the hotel unfortunately it was already full. I was up at 3 am and i had to go to a parking at farmers plaza (which was walking distance amd they reimbursed my payment to be fair but still at 10 at night and me tired from the travel and work and to top it off the guard who i was told to ask and assist me did not know where the parking area was, i had to find it myself) walk back and got locked in my room because the lock was dysfunctional, was the worse. The room was clean though.

It is not safe. The property is outdated, the room has foul smell. Towels are not white, they should replace it. Parking is limited, if you have a car don’t return to your room very late at night otherwise you will park somewhere.

Eurotel my best choice!

Some part of the is broken
Well the place is ok and it's clean but the washroom specially those cover bowl it's broken and the tiles is broken too and the bowl the water didn't go thru and there are some part of my room that I use is broken. So far it's lil ok but I wish there is some kettle to make a hot water and some glass or cups to use in drinking.

Eurotel Vivaldi is a great budget conscious option without sacrificing my essential requirements such as proximity to shopping districts, to MRT stations and Provincial bus terminals. On top of that, they offer clean, comfortable and quiet accommodations which is highly welcomed from the noise and bustle of Metro Manila. A definite recommend!
