they all looked after us

everyone was there to help when our room was not what we needed and francis took our bags to 3 rooms and made sure all was in order then there was rudolf who upgraded our room even though the booking was not his mistake and yvonne was amazing in her cleanliness of the room and rollie the guard on the door to the shopping centre was always smiling even though i had been over there 3 other times that day and elmer helped so much by explaining how we were going with the remote on the tv and oven and then to see me carrying a box offered to take it to the room im so grateful for the work they put into there jobs

Best deal in Rockwell

Great price that can't be beat. Safe area in Rockwell with many restaurants, shopping, entertainment nearby, gym and a great place to run.

Just like an old friend

I have been staying at the Joya Loft and Towers for over five years now. I visit sometimes twice a year and each time I get convinced to keep coming back. They have everything you need to have a comfortable stay and is great for visiting relatives as I do.

Bad bed

The check-in was very good, professional and quick. The room was very clean, nice layout, and had a contemporary look. The bad part was the bed. The double size bed was terrible. You could feel the springs in the bed. The bed squeaked terribly, and my feet hanged over the edge about 6 inches, and I'm 6 feet tall. The most important part of any hotel stay is the bed, and because that part failed terribly, I have to leave this bad rating.

The staff was absolutely friendly and attentive to needs. The apartment was immaculate. The quiet pool is huge and clean; i taught snorkeling to a first time student. This is home away from home.

Convenient and comfortable hotel at Rockwell

Joya Lofts and Towers is really a clean, convenient, and affordable hotel, being located just in front of Power Plant Mall, which I believe is one of the best shopping malls in Manila: The mall itself is not so big, but they have everything that foreigners need (Especially, I like thier delicatessen). It's nice staying at Joya and having exactly the same life as that of expats. Another big advantage is the security in Rockwell. Rockwell may be safer and securer than Makati. The building and equipment of Joya may be a bit old, but the staff members are kind and attentive. Among the numerous hotels that I stayed in Manila and Ortigas Center, Joya Lofts and Towers is one of the most recommendable hotels.

Great location

Makati traffic is stifling, so save yourself driving around by staying at this location near Power Plant Mall. Great dining options are nearby as well as shopping and the movies. The hotel gym is good as well

Rockwell's best kept secret

Excellent choice if staying in Rockwell. Easy access to shopping, dining and relaxed nightlife. Professional staff that is consistent in demeanor. Adolf (Ady) runs the front counter like no other. Always quick to address any concern, polite and smiling. You will appreciate his communication skills; no robotic questions or answers like the staff at Aruga, New World Makati, or Picasso to name a few.

Excellent value for the price

Second time back at Joya and nothing to disappoint even the most meticulous traveler. After staying at Aruga several times, I will now only stay at Joya. Excellent service, privacy, no annoying questions and awkward moments here. The rooms are spacious, comfy beds, super clean, pleasant staff and easy access to the gym next door. Much better to stay in Rockwell with the good restaurants, shopping, and safety. This hotel is located in an area one could definitely live in. Staff member Jill is excellent in guest relations. I had the most professional and hospitable experience dealing with her. Compared to New World Makati, Picasso and Aruga, this place has the most professional service.
