Had a VIP room. It was not ready when we arrived. Water was barely Luke warm. A/C knobs were broken and not working well.

damn i thought it was a proper "hotel" based on its pics online. check in took longer than needed. room is ready but they kept me waitng for 30 mins because they thought i wasnt booked thru prepaid expedia. u get what u paid for really. but i wish i just booked at the kabayan hotel and added a bit more cash

The shower had zero pressure for water. The toilet seat looked so old it looked like there was poop on the back of it were ur but sits. Only one light blanket no sheets ect. The property it’s self is not unkept. The staff when checking in doesn’t care if u wait or not the lounge are is hot and like a large closet

フィリピンの出張中に休暇があったので、マニラの方に滞在したいと思い、ネットの写真と値段でこのホテルに決めました。当初チェックインを電話で連絡の事と記載されていましたが現地のSIMを付けた電話でかけましたが、全く繋がらす仕方無しに直接ホテルに行ったは良いが、日本語メールの予約を見せても中々伝わらず、チェックインに20～30分かかりました。建物も他の方が書かれている様にモーテル風の古い建物ですが中は値段相応の感じでした。部屋は広くて快適ですが、トイレとシャワーが仕切り無しの所は驚きでした。トイレットペーパーもトイレに無くて焦りましたが部屋を探したたらかごの中にあって一安心でした。洗面用具も石鹸しか無いと書き込みがあったので自分の必要な物は持って行き正解でした。しかしドライヤーまでは持っていってなくこちらも持参すべきでした。全体的にはローカルが使う簡易宿のイメージなので快適さや清潔さを求めてはいけません。ローカルと会話が出来る英語力も必要です。もう少しお金を払い日本風のホテルにすれば良かったです。

Our stay at Winston Hotel

We stayed unknowing the conditions etc. We arrived porters were there to unload luggage get us our room and anything we needed! Food was 24 hour people were friendly!! Our plane left the next day, after a massive massive free breakfast they met us to get our luggage again and load it into the taxi. The room was clean but could have had a better mattress ext. We will definitely come back just because of the service!!!!!! Something you can’t even get here in the US.

cheap but not very helpful staff . After 3 days they were still try to get net to work .. telling to many porkies about whyits not working . Food not as good as last time .. but they are trying to clean the resp area up with new tiles etc

Staff is very friendly. Room is half the size than the pictures shown when booking. Food tray was very dirty, and food was below average. Many stairs, not a lot of lighting, almost fell down the stairs three times. The water is very stinky, probably antique piping/drains.

Covered parking for cars, motorbikes get pushed out of garages for cars, even if we were there first. Should be first come. Have to pay extra for a ref in the room? Lighting in the room is just not enough. No mirror in bathroom?

garage hotel in pasay

the pasay is messy and congestion prone durung rush hours . and esp staying near road side unit it very noisy whole night it not easy for light sleepers . worst the bed actually is worn i think as it is stiff and pillows is old too . but for it price cannot comment that bad . that jus the way . up for their available private hotel with garage for car drivers which is rate
