The hotel situated in the strategically location where by near to shopping malls, movie theater, food palace and with lot of night live places. Due to capital, Manila is pricey compared to other country sides. Due to metropolitan the traffic was terrible and the car horn sounds with tears your ears

No wash clothes, bad system need to leave the card in the holder otherwise no electricity at all The worst elevator I ever rode in waited almost 10 minute also CSR need to take anger management I was giving a bad time cause I wanted to cancel my Uber original ride and wanted to take a earlier one very disappointed to CSR told me. I told her that I won’t be comming back to this hotel ever so Don’t worry it was my 1st time at this hotel and won’t recommend anybody to stay at this hotel I well also write a review very very soon

I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago- it was nice then but now you can tell their maintenance on the place isn’t kept up which is understandable- Their gym is very limited. It’s any for the price you spend for it.

Terrible shower came on for 30 seconds and then stopped then it came on for two seconds that it stopped again this went on until I finally finished my shower in the sink. Also the gym was basically unusable because of a broken AC unit looks like it was probably that way for six months. Staff were unhelpful.
