Rooms as fairly small and often look different from what you booked online so be mindful when booking this hotel. Told by reception that the main difference between the rooms will be the room size rather than the actual layout of what you see on advertised photos. small room but it is close to Greenbelt & Ayala triangle is walking distance. The room is small i think enough for 1 or 2 persons. I can’t sleep well in the middle of the night because i heard some noise from the other room. Nice smell at the lobby, elevator. There’s a bakery shop & Dean de luca cafe & Japanese restaurant at the lobby. I like the hotel because of affordable price & close for my to the places i go to makati it’s my 3rd time to stay here & will be back again. Thank you.

I want to write a glowing review of "The Mini Suites". I normally have many good things to say about other parts of a hotel but not often the front desk. Not at a place as busy as this. But yet, I find myself wanting to write about how incredibly positive every interaction I had at the front desk was. Whether it was busy or late late at night. I was greeted with a smile and a willingness to help. It actually made me stop appreciate the high standard by which they maintain their interactions. The rooms were small but I knew that going in. It wasn't an issue. The pool was quite nice and I booked this hotel especially for the lane swim length pool. The gym was also nice. Honestly, this location was really convenient. I stayed at another hotel a few days later and felt sorry for leaving this one. I felt like I was getting 4+ star service for 3 star prices. I hope to stay here again when next I'm in Manila.
