Everything is incredible except for some electrical sockets in our room needed replacements or upgrade. Breakfast is really outstanding! Our room cleaner (forgot his name) was also outstanding Forgot to ask if the hotel accepts senior citizens discount. We will be back!

The Peninsula Manila is a true five star hotel. Lovely hotel with an amazing lobby, but it is the staff that make it a truly pleasurable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay and if back in Manila we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved the afternoon tea and the live classical music was magical. Beautiful flowers everywhere. The breakfast buffet was hands down the best and the staff is so attentive. Definitely will be back.

I like the ambiance of this hotel! Being a Filipino living in the USA, I missed the Filipino breakfast! I enjoyed having lots of options when it comes to breakfast buffet! You can also have a western kind of breakfast if you prefer!

At first I was unhappy I didn't get a upgrade for my stay especially the rate i was paying for and the location I do appreciate the amenities being in the room overall the breakfast team was so nice and even mr Dennis and the evening security so kind Philippines such beautiful country and sweet people thank you peninsula even the breakfast team so kind even the gentleman that works in the breakfast wears a suit and tie he reminds me a kind filpino I know when I was growing up so respectful and kind and I love the breakfast team wear the filpino traditional shirt thank peninsula hotel salmat and maligayang pasko dao

It was my 3rd or 4th time there. Since 2024 the overall quality of the place is getting worse. The towels are obviously old, napkins in the restaurant are old and stained. Breakfast is far from what it used to be. Rooms need to be refreshed. Staff is amazing. However, one episode says a lot. Last time I forgot to take my mousepad and I had to use sheet of paper on the glass table. Next day I found a new mousepad on my table with a beautiful message from the staff. This time I did get a mousepad and no message. This episode shows that standards are going lower. Pity…
