Neverbeen in this hotel, but got bad experience. There is no reception. Rooms are limited, good luck if you last minute reservation. Cancelled right away. They dont refund. "Policy". No lienience. All company greed.

One of the Worst Stays Ever
Hi. To be perfectly honest, my stay was one of my worst stays ever.  - The toilet was full of spiders, bugs and houseflies, especially in the shower area. - There were also moths flying in the bedroom - The blanket was literally a bed sheet. There was no proper blanket at all. - The deposit collection was a very weird process, with little to no proper documentation, just a slip of paper. - Yup, so it was a terrible experience.

The communication with this property's management was by far the worst I've ever encountered. First, Expedia has check-in closing at midnight but the follow up email from management said 11pm, which is problematic when you think you had an extra hour to accommodate any unforeseen travel delays (like I ended up with). Management also wanted a scanned copy of my passport sent to an unsecured email account. NOPE. I emailed several times before the trip and received no response. I messaged the provided WhatsApp number several times, saw the messages were read, but never received a response. Management did not appreciate the anxiety felt when a foreigner arrives late at night in a new country without a 100% confirmed place to sleep. What was her response when I arrived and questioned about ZERO RESPONSES on WhatsApp? "The wi-fi in the lobby doesn't work very well"?! Uhhhm that's not how WhatsApp and cell phones work. She also wanted to take my Driver License as a deposit for the room. NOPE. Further, the shower curtain was moldy, the bed frame was so light that it glides when you get into bed, and the mattress was a glorified yoga mat. The price was perfect and some things can be overlooked. Not replying to over a dozen messages is unforgivable.

Nice condo type property. Good value for the area, great area to walk around if you want to see Bonifacio Global City area. Lots of good restaurant, shopping, bars near by. The 2 bedrooms and living area is minimum but fine. The bathroom needs toilet seat(not sure if it's just this unit) and could use some wall hangers.

Waited 2 hours in the lobby for my room. Dirty sheets in closet. No blankets. Roaches in kitchen. Fort Victoria was a nightmare. Gross!

Great space in a great area.
Great location in BGC. We really liked our place, very spacious and 2 bedrooms plus 1.5 bathrooms. The only downside to the place was the lighting in the bathrooms was so low it made it hard to get ready. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

I rated Zen Homes 3 stars because of a number of factors. However, just to be fair to the property and anyone looking for a cost effective stay, Zen Homes might be for you. If you tend to expect a Hotel like experience with House Keeping, Daily upkeep, change in towels, refill of toiletries and complimentary coffee/tea service, then book another property since Zen Homes does not provided that. It's a no frills stay for the cost conscious traveler. My experience wasn't the best, but the property mgr tried to do his best to fix the issues I have. First off, picture of room is different from what was given, it's a 2 story condo vs a single studio hotel feel. 2nd: wifi even though 2 options given were both not working. They don't have control over carrier cutting their WIFI services without advance notice. I was offered to move to a different room at first in the morning, which I declined, however at the end, they moved me to a different Zen Property in Icon Plaza which is a couple blocks away. That was much better and a larger property. I was happy, yet the amenities was still lacking, as mentioned, it's a BYO toiletries, coffee/tea and no towel change service. On top of that, the instructions and phone no. to checkout was outdated as well since no one was responding to my txt or viber to check out earlier. I was glad that I still had the contact at Fort Victoria who was able to respond back to me with a confirmation that checkout was at 8:30am and my deposit will be refunded.

The ZEN rooms are really good for the price. There's only one thing, I wished there's a shower curtain in the bathroom (not sure if that was intentional or they missed to replace it). But, other than that, the room is very comfortable and clean, their wifi was pretty good. We had a functional kitchen, a good size, fridge, 1-1/2 baths, small living room and a small dining table and it is 2 floors and there's also a swimming pool in the 5th floor. Couldn't ask for more! We'll definitely be back! Thank you ZEN Rooms!

Two floors apartment with great air-conditioning, but blanket is too thin and not sufficient if the air-conditioning is on. No complimentary cleaning service, washing machine, personal care kits and hair dryer. After all it's the cheapest you can get in BGC so it's expected.

Pleasant and Fun stay
It was a pleasant stay! The staff here are very friendly including the guards and receptionist on duty in Fort Victoria. They assisted us all the way from going to the parking area to carrying our luggage to the lobby to register and to our room. Zen staff are very nice and friendly. Room is very clean and affordable.

A value for money “home away from home” only lacking is a steam iron, hence those looking to stay in this property for business trip or attending meetings must bring pre ironed clothes. Otherwise it is generally a good place to stay with malls and restaurants all walking distance away.

My stay there 1 night.
The bath area was horrible and the sewage got choke. Call for maintenance which took like 4 hours to get it fixed. Reception was blue and check in was long. Unit was clean but beds were cheap foam. It's like a budget hotel except it's a condo in a prime area.

BGCというビジネス街の近くに位置しています。 ボニファシオ・ハイ・ストリートというきれいな道がありました。 買い物やレストランに不自由することは無かったです。 設備は少し古いですが、自炊をするための道具やソファーなど一通り揃っていました。共同プール・ダイニング・キッチン・エアコン付きのベットルームが2部屋あり、快適に過ごすことができました。
