"The apartment was nice and in a great location, there were a few small things that needed to be fixed which we notified Terry about and unfortunately the twin beds were not very comfortable. There was no visitor information other than how the TV worked, which would have been useful, especially about where to put rubbish and swimming pool opening hours. Overall lovely stay and would stay again."

"I fully understand that the star ratings are very contradictory. Please let me explain: I've stayed in this hotel approx 15 times and everything is great. However, there was a crucial, huge problem this time which made staying there very unpleasant. I am independently taking this matter up with Expedia as I repeatedly tried to get some advice and support, but got nowhere so I shouldn't comment on this here. My first 2 nights were as always - great. Lovely facities, very clean, great staff, nice...

"The rooms were spacious and check in was easy but when we checked in, they didn't seem to know anything about the property or area. The pool area was really nice and relaxing after sightseeing. However the A/C in the room didn't work as we couldn't change the setting and it was very warm plus the room was a bit run down. The laundry facilities listed wasn't really much of an option unless you wanted to wash in a washer that was taped together."

"The quality of everything at the hotel is top tier. In this case you very much get what you pay for and some. Everything is beautifully decorated and clean. The staff are really helpful and the food options are great. The spa was really well equipped and the pool was a great place to spend a few hours in the sun. "
