“Close to town. Nice Hotel. Enjoyed our stay”

“Clean room, spacious, close to everything, I like the spa, the coffee pot was missing the basket where the coffee bag goes in, but other than that we like the place for the price.”

“We stayed at a historic hotel near Pikes Peak, and it truly felt like stepping back in time. The property is full of vintage charm and classic character. While the atmosphere has an old-fashioned feel, everything — from the surroundings and room cleanliness to the attentive service — made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. We would happily return again. The nearby Old Town area is unique and full of character, perfect for strolling and exploring. Our favorite spot was Manitou……

“I really love this place! It's worth what you pay, private rooms, and kind staff. If you're a 🍀 smoker, you will feel right at home! I've NEVER stayed at a place that was so welcoming and inviting about 🍀 smoking. Dennis is wonderful! They also cook your breakfast!! AND, they have 🍀-infused meals with advance notice! So worth it!!”

“The property is very clean and safe. The staff was so amazing and courteous and kind. Just wish there was some kind of breakfast or at least coffee and water in the lobby. Parking was a little strange behind the hotel only one entrance in and out so the parking was a little further to walk to.”

“Definitely an older property and it shows. I wouldn’t say it was dirty but it carried the weight of its years. The breakfast left a lot to be desired - a tub of brownie bites, cereal and waffles shouldn’t be considered breakfast. I would recommend higher protein options for those who are gluten free and don’t want to eat only sugar in the morning. The surrounding area had lots of shopping/fast dining but felt a little unsafe just with how many homeless people were around the hotel and the……

“The room was clean, but there was not even a cup in a room with a kitchenette, No plates coffee machine etc. Its strange the front desk is closed most of the day , all evenings and on sundays with a large metal shutter so there is no one to communicate with ? It tells you to slide your key under the metal shutter when leaving not even a secure drop box. It was a fair price for the room. Lots of weed smell around building but its colorado so not uncommon.”

“Everything was good from the property to the people. But the cleaning solutions in the rooms are too strong. They hurt your sinuses other than that everything was good.”

“DONT GO HERE ITS AWFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t expect a fast check in even if it’s pre paid for. the staff take extra long hoping the line thins. Then if you don’t have physical copies of i.d they accuse you of credit card fraud but first you have to wait 4 hours in orders to get that far. Then when you have, say your parents, try and buy you a room they just deny service completely. then walk away. we never said or did anything disrespectful until we were disrespected. Waiting in the lobby……
