Modern 2 Bedroom Rental House, Close to Lake Michigan
- Recently remodeled house, located in a Cul de sac off from Waldo Blvd, very quiet street, super safe area with lots of attractions nearby. The house has lots of windows that let in natural light. Living area has comfy furnitures, 60 inch smart TV and sound bar, this area open to a fully stocked kitchen, with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plenty of storage space and a coffee station completes this area. The bathroom has a beautiful tiled shower and even a Bluetooth speaker built in with the light fixture. A Queen bedroom with closet completes the main level. Take the steep stairs and go into the upper level that features a half bath, work station, smart TV in the seating area and 2 twin beds in a spacious bedroom. Washer and dryer are located in the basement. There’s a large fenced backyard and outdoor seating area, fire pit and BBQ for those hot summer days.
