Nice clean place, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Especially liked that we could walk to the concert we were attending! On the lake, with a bike trail we also used…will stay again!

Overall a good place to stay. Before getting into the tub to take a shower there were noticeably small black hairs like dog hair. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the pool the most out of our stay.

It was relaxing to use the pool and hot tub. The hotel was within walking distance to the Maritime Museum and several restaurants. It was a pleasure visit to Manitowoc.

We arrived late on the SS. Badger and the location was ideal! Also, the front desk staff happily offered to move a luggage cart down the hall to meet us at the entrance where we were parked. Excellent service!

Great location with a beautiful view of the lighthouse and Lake Michigan. Within walking distance of some fun restaurants and other locations. Our room was spotlessly clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was not in operation during any of our stay.

The staff were super friendly and wanting to help all the time. It was disappointing the hot tub was under repair as we were hiking lots and planned on using it and we were not informed that it was out of commission. The best thing about it was the location. Right across the river from the Wharf, some great live music on the weekend, and the right next to the Maritime Museum.
