“There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. “It was a brand-new hotel, so everything was clean and new. Stuff were were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is good which is around 10 minutes walk from Helsinki ferry terminal. Hotel is 5-8 minute walk to historic old town of Tallinn.”

“This was the perfect location in Old Town. We were able to walk everywhere. The property itself is over 600 years old so the ancient walls, wooden beams and other unique features were a delight.
