「The stay was unfortunately quite disappointing and did not meet expectations based on the listing. The property was not presented in a clean or well-maintained condition on arrival, with several areas clearly overlooked. Basic amenities were below standard like dirty towels and hair in the bedsheets, which made the stay uncomfortable.
