Lovely, convenient apartment- we felt that the only thing lacking in this apartment was an electric blanket as the bed was very cold. But maybe we are a bit soft!! Thank you for the little foodie gifts as well. Marie

Well positioned in town making it easy to walk to great dinner options. Nice clean and comfortable apartment. Communication with manager was excellent making it all easy. Only downside was it was a little noisy in the morning when a nearby business started up.

We have double glazed doors & windows and supply ear plugs as an option to combat this issue - and any other ideas would be most apreciated. Fantastic Apartment
We elected to stay in a fantastic studio apartment that was well appointed, comfortable & even had some little extras. Great central location, balcony & heated floor in the tiled areas just made it cozy!

U was there to collect a child from boarding school. Due to a suspected covid case, pick up was delayed. Just before checkout time, the owners knocked on the doors of all the parents and said we were welcome to stay past checkout time until the situation was resolved, which it thankfully was that day. Truly thoughtful and commendable. They even moved the cleaners to the next day so we could have as much time as we needed. Tge apartment was absolutely immaculate, milk in the fridge, tea and coffee and a veey useful packet of Tim Tams. Very highly recommended.

When the unexpected happens, and there is a possibilty of supporting our guests further, we will always endeavour to do so......and many thanks to our amazing cleaners who can sometimes change their schedules to make it all happen! Great location, new, clean. Large room with kettle, toaster, microwave. Lots of little extras such as a selection of quality tea's, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Individually wrapped soaps and shampoo / conditioner, tissues etc. Secure parking.

I made booking through Expedia, arrived at hotel only to find out there is no booking under my name. Hotel was blaming Expedia and Expedia was blaming hotel. Don't realy care who was at fault, but they literally ruined our stay. I was travelling with my family of 2 little kids.

Hi -----, I was absolutely horrified when you called to say you were at the front door. We had no booking on our system for you and had been fully booked for several months for the night you were somehow able to book. I rang around and offered you alternative accommodation as we had NOTHING availablie. I can only say it is a terrible thing when a double booking happens and I did what I could for you under those circumstances. If I could have avoided this, I would have. I am so disappointed your special family night and day at the snow did not proceed and hope you will come to the snow on another occasion. I am sorry this happened to you. Kind regards,
