Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting PA Grand Canyon. Location is convenient, off the highway and there’s a Walmart nearby and gas stations. Room was clean, bathroom is small with not much counter space. The walls are thin so you can hear noises from the hallway or other rooms. Breakfast was good and mostly microwaveable sandwiches and waffle maker. Front desk staff were friendly.

Pluses - it was clean and refreshingly vivid. It had most of the essentials for a short stay. Minuses - waited for front desk staff, not long but it certainly allowed thoughts of “how do I check in?” The breakfast had few gluten free choices and most dishes needed to be microwaved for temp and no non coffee beverages were visible. Plus - I would stay again and would give it a good review for family or friends.

Clean and convenient for where we were visiting. The tv channels were sparse and would lose connections when it rained. Breakfast was okay but nothing to brag about.

This average hotel offers a mixed experience; while the friendly and welcoming staff provide great service, the property falls short with poor breakfast options, a lack of prepared sofa bed linens requiring an extra request, and frustratingly frequent room key card errors.

We learned after arrival that this is a minimalist hotel. However, not having any place in the bathroom to put our personal things like toothbrushes, etc was very disconcerting. We actually ran out to a store and bought a small table to use during our stay. Also, the pictures of the hotel showed a hot tub but when we arrived, it had been removed, We were planning on using that when we returned from our day trip.
