“Wonderful place in a quiet neighborhood. Near shops, restaurants, and of course, att stadium. Fully recommend.”

“I enjoyed staying here with my family and dog. The bedrooms accommodated my family of 5, especially being 2 beds in one of the rooms. Also, the living room had plenty of seating and more bed options if needed. Bathrooms were nice and I felt comfortable using the toilet and bathtub. I felt safe in the neighborhood and it was such a convenient distance to Globe Life Field and Six Flags. The BEST part was the backyard. Stunning yard with covered patio and seating for gathering. “Check in was easy. Communication was easy. It's a quiet area, so probably no true concern for break ins, but only thing to suggest- the front door needs to be adjusted. The double door is nice, but the one side barely latches. Kitchen was well equipped with all needs. Small dorm fridge can be used. Extra blankets in closet and iron with board. Water pressure in the shower, and also sinks was pretty low. Heads up. Great location close to all amenities. Most we traveled for anything was 15 mins.……

“The wonderful location of this home is very convenient to TCU. You can easily walk to campus. The neighborhood is nice and the home is nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning works great. Parking in front of the home was very easy. The host was wonderful to communicate with and responds quickly. We really enjoyed this neighborhood and would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to be close to TCU.”
