「We came to the area for an off-road event with our adult children who traveled to join us. The house is in a great location, quiet, beautiful property. The kitchen is great for family cooking and there are good grocery stores in nearby Ava and Seymour. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and a great open living room for socializing. Nicholas is an amazing host and it’s been a long time since we’ve had a Vrbo this good. We will absolutely stay here when we come back!」

「This is the best VRBO experience I've had! The apartment was spotless and the amenities were far beyond what one might expect: large smartTV, ability to do laundry, comfortable furniture, nice towels. There were so many nice little details in the decor and the supplies, both in the kitchen and throughout the apartment! After a long drive, it was nice to come in and enjoy a cold drink from the fridge. Todd was very prompt with all communication and access to the apartment was extremely easy. ...

「My adult daughter and I stayed here while visiting Wilder Days in Mansfield. The home makes good use of its space and is amazingly roomy. The main sleeping areas are in lofts, up steep stairs. That wasn’t a problem for us, but might be an issue for older seniors or young children who might be prone to falling, so just be aware. The kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer were convenient. Though we didn’t use them, there was also a BBQ on the back deck, as well as a fire pit in the yard. The stars...

「We had such a fun time with friends when visiting Mo. This home away from home was perfect for our family. David was there for any questions, he answered right away. The property was manicured nicely and the inside was clean. 「Was perfect for our group of two adults and the grandsons 5 to 12.The kids loved checking the coop for eggs. They named all the chickens. Side eye Bob was a favorite. We spent hours down at the creek chasing butterflies.」

「We had a wonderful time! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. Everything was wonderful!! Yes I said wonderful 3 times 😉 We traveled all over the area exploring and enjoy local activities, just busy having fun. It was awesome! We were able to enjoy the lake while we watched the eclipse, very neat experience 😀 Thanks again!! If we come back to the area we will stay again!!」
