The staff are welcoming and very helpful, offering sunset Felucca rides, and transportation if needed. The meals here are amazing. The best breakfast I have had anywhere in my travels by far. "I really enjoyed my stay and having previous been on the east bank the west was a very nice change and much calmer. The view is fantastic, and the beds and pillows very comfortable. As with everywhere in Egypt there is some noise, but I slept better here than anywhere else I stayed. Great location for visiting sites. Islam helped arranged trips and all the other staff were also very friendly and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was very tasty and huge portions. "

"This hotel was brilliant, fulfilling our requirements. The pool was amazing set by the Nile and the staff were really friendly both around the amenities and in the hotel itself. The downside was the rooms are a little tried and a refresher should bring it up to western levels. It is also a little further out of Luxor, making it challenging to escape the offers of taxis and horse carts, when walking into the centre. "
