Excellent location, speed boat, kayak rentals, eating joints all are within walkable distance. Grocery store is within 1 mile and opens from 6am-10pm. Apartment was clean and having a community pool was a bliss. Unit was on 3rd floor and had a unobstructed lake view.

Perfect convenient location.

This property has it all. Spacious rooms, kitchen and deck. A/C is very powerful. We had to turn it down it was so cold. The pictures do not do the amazing view justice. Great water pressure and hot water for showers. Conveniently located to bars and restaurants. Nice sized pool with ample lounge chairs. Boat rental was right across the street. Close to Red Apple grocery store for food. 7 minutes away from Mill Bay Casino for adult fun. Time for the drawbacks. The beds were a little soft for our liking. The twin bed in the room with the bunk beds squeeks a lot. Besides the squeeking bed, my daughter wished there was a lamp in the room. Some shops/restaurants close early or open late. Make sure to plan ahead. Although I did not experience it, parking could end up being tight. Came home after the casino one night and there was just 1 spot left. Also did not like the cooking range. Was hard to cook using the induction cook tops. Maybe it's because I've never used them before. The frying pans are NOT non stick. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying here. Will definitely come back.

Well maintained property, great for two families and close to the adorable town of Manson. The condo had everything we needed, and the kids loved the pool. Would stay here again!
