We really enjoyed our stay at this 3 bedroom house across a small street from the lake. The large patio is perfect for staring out at the water and watching people walk their dogs. The owners stopped by and made sure we could ask questions and contact them if needed. The propane BBQ was out, and Roger was very responsive. It was delivered to the wrong house, but we appreciated his responsiveness, and he brought some when we called him back.
We couldn't change the air conditioning temperature, it was set at 70 and my 95 year old Grandma was freezing. The owners couldn't change it and a Vacasa maintenance guy who brought some propane couldn't change it either. That was the only downside. It was fantastic to have AC, though, as August was hot!
Cleanliness was pretty good, although the bathmats were matted down and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed or washed in some time. There was a piece of red bell pepper? on the floor in my room and some trash behind the bedroom door. Cleaning an entire house in a few hours is tough. The sheets were clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen clean, so it was good overall.
It was great to be walking distance to downtown Manson, and we enjoyed a brunch at the nearby Blueberry Hills farm.
We would stay here again! Thanks to the owners for your interest in our group having a good stay, much appreciated.
