Great family vacation home

Very large house and property. Only 3 of us stayed, but certainly looked to be comfortable enough for multiple families. House had everything needed. We had fun with the dart board and arcade games.

Family vacay

We loved this home for our vacation. We were six adults and four children ranging in age from five months to 3 1/2. We had so much fun together and the house was very spacious to accommodate all of us. The view of Lake Chelan from the living room is so beautiful too!

What wonderful property! The living room furniture and bedrooms were all very comfortable and in good condition. A couple of suggestions would be more instructions on how to use the music system and tv and seating for eight around the table. We would highly recommend this property.

Family friends getaway

We had a great time here with our dogs. The house is very clean, well stocked with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting outside with our dogs in the patio. Lovely neighborhood to walk our dogs also.

Incredible house

This house was superb! They had everything you could ever need for your stay and for cooking. We loved it here. This was by far the best prepared house we’ve ever stayed in and we come every year. There was a beautiful view and it was quite close to the Manson boat launch too!

Special place for family togetherness

We very much enjoyed our winter stay at this home in Manson. The view is stunning, and the kitchen is thoughtfully and completely stocked with everything you need to make and serve large family feasts. Great TVs, cozy couches, nice outdoor area, quick 1 mile walk to the lake, easy drive to Chelan and kid and dog friendly!. Very much recommend for your next group hangout!

This place is great. Owners have gone above and beyond to make this house a great vacation rental. The house was very well equipped, response by owner to issues immediate, and location of house was very convenient. The view from the great room is beautiful. Hightly recccomended.

Gorgeous home overlooking Lake Chelan

Beautiful home with all the amenities you could want for a family getaway. We loved having coffee on the front porch overlooking the lake. Our dog really enjoyed the spacious yard. Kitchen was in impeccable condition - everything was super clean and they had every tool and gadget you could want for cooking at home. Would love to stay here again for a longer visit.

Amazing view

We absolutely loved the view. The house was large and clean. Some improvements the owners could make: add some larger pots for cooking since the rental is for large groups we need to cook large quantities. We had to boil pasta in 2 small pots. Another thing that could be improved is the water pressure. I’d definitely stay again someday.

Quiet neighborhood, panoramic views, comfortable and charming home

The property met all of our expectations, and exceeded some. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. Amenities were better than one generally finds in a vacation rental unit. It was kid-friendly for our toddler and pre-school grandchildren. Beds were comfy. The guest information packet was useful fairly complete, although I did not find hot tub operating steps (I figured it out easily, though). The lawn was well kept, good for the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would consider staying here again, or recommending to a friend.

Big house, great for groups

We had a nice stay here. We were 8 adults and 3 infants. The house felt clean and was a 15 min walk from downtown Manson, which was nice. It was also nice to use the hottub. My one complaint is that the pictures online make the place look way nicer than it is. It was also very expensive so we expected a little more high quality. The property manager was very responsive and lovely to communicate with.

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed a few days in December at this lovely home! Upon arrival the home was cozy, warm, inviting, and all decorated for Christmas (which was lovely.) The owners even left us a welcome gift- so unexpected and kind. This is the most well stocked home I’ve ever rented! Kitchen has everything you might need and then some. All the light switches are even labeled which made finding the lights very easy. The views from the home are beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub. Highly recommend this home!

Better than home away from home

Your beautiful home embraced the concept on RELAX. It was lovely. We did not feel as though we had to be on "guard" at all times. Our pets loved the plusch green grass. The deck beckoned us to go out, put our feet up on the comfortable furniture, get lost gazing at the lake and breathe in the peace and quiet.We really hated to leave the home to do the activities in town, that we had planned. We look forward to staying in 2024 for longer. Thank you again for making our 33rd Anniversary so nice.

Great house! Great Views!

We stayed here with 4 families (adults and kids) and had an amazing time. The house (specifically the kitchen which is sooo important...) was very well stocked with plenty of dishes, wine glasses (a must in this region!), and all the cooking supplies needed. The BBQ was also a great option for meals. Although we spent a lot of time around town tasting wine and enjoying the lake (so convenient to wine tasting in Manson, and a quick drive to other wineries across the lake as well), the time we did spend at the house was very comfortable! There is a huge yard which kept the kids entertained so the adults could visit on the covered patio enjoying the beautiful view. When the kids exhausted themselves, there was also a huge TV for some down time. As I mentioned, we had a large group and it never felt crowded as there was always plenty of space to sit, inside and outside. We will definitely be back and this house is at the top of our list.

Chelan/Manson View Property

This property was great. I appreciated the extra touches like the charging station for multiple devices and an extremely well stocked kitchen. The coffee maker and the thermostat were simple to use. Loading and unloading the car from up back by the slider was easy (no stairs, right in to kitchen). My father has mobility issues, and the whole upper floor was accessible for him with his walker (coming in thru slider in back). View was as advertised. 5 minutes from Manson Market. TV was streaming only, with Amazon Fire Stick, which worked well for us, There is DVD player as well. Manager/Owners very responsive. Anything you would need is in the kitchen and nice quality too. Linens and bedding were nice quality. Water was hot, which we appreciated for using a hot water bottle for Dad. We did not use the hot tub or deck, but it looked nice and there was an inviting fire table out there. We would use this property again if the opportunity arose. Relaxing, comfortable, functional, clean, family friendly, but also great for girls or guys weekend.

STOCKED!!

This home was very comfortable for everyone (13 peeps)!! We all slept well in our beds and every one of them was used. The home is in a great location away from the craziness of Chelan and in a very quiet neighborhood and super close to the town of Mason so we could easily get to the boat/jet ski rentals. The home is very well stocked with everything you need. We did wash the dishes before using them because you never know how well the last renter cleaned the dishes and cooking supplies. Can't expect the owner to inspect every kitchen item for cleanliness because they have so much stocked in the kitchen, more than any place I've rented from, not just 1 pot and 1 pan and a toaster. So it's a good trade-off. All the supplies I would need in a kitchen provided and a little extra cleaning on my part. The extra cleaning is a personal choice. Extra sheets, towels, beach towels galore! Cleaning supplies provided from dishwasher, laundry, bathroom soaps/shampoo-really this home provided everything but the pool, but that pool was a very short drive to the lake! Communication with the owners was super easy and replies were quick!! Extremely nice and a pleasure to rent from. Would rent from them again, we had such a wonderful time and can't express how appreciative we are for owners to create a home where all we needed was pack some food and clothes and everything else was pretty much provided. Our host was responsive and the house was perfect for our 3 gen family of 10 and also well equipped, not something we always experience with other homes we have stayed in.The view was amazing and the 4 teenagers loved the basement bedroom/game room/theater room area.Also, for winter fun, close to the Echo Valley ski/tubing area - thanks for a great stay!
