“This hotel was right on the lake and we enjoyed the lovely scenery from our patio. Our first day there was our only time on our vacation where it rained all day, and since we couldn't check in early, we had lunch downtown and found a laundromat and did some wash. Luckily it cleared up for day 2 and 3. I can only imagine how great it would be to experience this lake during the heat of summer. Great location! There is a wonderful walking path from the property. We used it to experience the lake……

“My husband I weren't sure what to expect, however we pleasantly surprised. From the presentation of the room to grounds and food - just wow. ”

“The room smelled badly like mildew/ dirty socks. I had to air it out and buy febreze to mask the smell. The common room had two mini fridges and a keurig. There was no sink to rince or wash dishes. I paid the cost of a hotel, but it was more basic than a youth hostel. Will consider other places next time I visit the area.”

“Spent one night this past weekend. Some Inn's are quaint, this one isn't and I wouldn't want to spend more time in the room than necessary. The best attributes are the large terrace and bar area which has a fire pit at night. The bed was comfortable enough, the room had a Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge but was dated. The bathroom had a bit of a mildew odor (Room 11) but was functional. The water pressure in the shower came and went. Overall for the price charged and the location it is……

“The hotel itself is very charming. Rooms were clean. Someone checked us in, but leaves at 4 so no one really to help after that. Hotel is owned by someone running another one down the street and you can go there for assistance or continental breakfast for 9.00 dollars each, if you want.”

“Nous on a payé pour cet hôtel, en pensant qu’on va être bien, on a vu que avait une piscine et que t’inclus le déjeuner ni un ni l’autre. La piscine était fermée et on est arrivé pour déjeuner à 10h y en avait rien. Alors on a pas passé bien à l’hôtel”

“Very friendly and helpful hosts. Excellent location for walking into town for restaurants and shops. Breakfast was superb. We stayed in the separate cottage and it was cozy and comfortable. Extra bonus was the available car charger. Definitely will stay again when passing through that way.”
