We stayed in a double bed room with a view to the beach. We loved our stay there. The staff was amazing. The food was so delicious. The breakfast buffet included with the stay had so much variety and if you didn’t find something all you needed to do is ask and if they could they would accommodate your request. We really enjoyed our stay at Balandra and we will continue to stay in Balandra when we visit Manta.

This hotel is my favorite when I go to Manta. Beautiful place, nice and clean, I love the food also the workers are very nice and helpful....looking forward to go back.

Cute little pool area, but the bar was under construction so we were unable to enjoy the area. The room we were in could use a little TLC (peeling wallpaper and ceiling) but otherwise clean and really nice. The welcome drink was refreshing and the restaurant was a nice place for a quick cocktail. We didn't have any road noise or party noises where we were which is important to us! Quiet! Beautiful property grounds too! We will stay there again when shopping in Manta.

The staff was excellent. Daily helped us in upgrading our room and also assisted in booking transportation to our next destination. Having friendly after hours security is comforting. There was some construction going on next to the pool but that will only make it better in the future.

I was so pleased with this hotel from the moment i stepped in. Every staff member were pleasant and greeted me when I passed. The breakfast that was included was buffet style and everything was delicious. We had dinner at El Faro and everything was amazing. Asked for an iron and it came to us quickly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. You wont be disappointed! Thank you Balandra Hotel

Go Balandra!!! Stay forever
Stay was amazing clean rooms and common areas. Hotel is within walking distance of anything you need, beach, mall, clubs etc. Visit coincided with with Manta 100yr celebration. Hotel staff was extremely helpful with local customs and places to visit. I would stay at the Balandra again without hesitation. I would suggest they upgrade the gym, although the beach within 2min walk has workout stations.

It is quite nice in general and customer service is courteous but some improvements needed - the internet signal has been in and out. The safe deposit box is not working, Besides bible, they should have a hotel directory and DirecTV gulde.

I used to stay at this hotel and always had a good experience. Well located and quality of service. But in this last stay I was disappointed to see that the quality has been reduced and it’s no longer competing with other high level hotels in Manta. They need to renew the facilities to keep up. Will probably stay somewhere else next time.
