Pack your Toilet paper!!!

The location and the condo were fine, but the details left much to be desired. I didn't even know that bringing your own linens was still a thing so pay attention to that. I have NEVER stayed in a VRBO that did not provide at least a starter role of toilet paper! Imagine the near disaster we encountered with a late-night arrival and insufficient toilet paper even to get us to the next morning! We were not impressed. Lastly, it looked like the place had been wiped down but the kitchen trash can was full upon our arrival, which was gross, especially because I had to take both it plus my own trash out at the end of our stay to avoid being penalized. Less than impressive management.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful condo on a canal and a real nice pool within walking distance. The restaurant was in walking distance and it was fabulous.

This condo was perfect for our short overnight stay at Pirates Cove. It was clean and very nicely furnished. All aspects - from booking to checkin - were flawless and easy!

Outer Banks Jem

This place is located in a huge development just over the bridge in Manteo. 115 is conveniently located and walkable to the clubhouse restaurant, pool and tennis/pickleball courts. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening conversations on the outdoor porch. There are 16 easy steps to navigate up to the first floor. The parking was in a covered garage area that kept the car cool and protected. The pictures showing the inside of the unit are spot on. The unit has a well-equipped kitchen and numerous baskets throughout the house for storage. We are planning to visit here again and maybe even stay at the same location.
