"The gentleman who checked us in and took care of us the entire stay was so friendly and helpful!! Our room was huge and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower had amazing pressure and the water was very hot (could be adjusted easily). The grounds are beautiful and nestled right in the middle of the town on a side street. It made it very convenient to move as bout the area in minutes. They also have a restaurant, bar, and an area with different fun games to play like chess and shut the box. They we kind and honest people. My daughter dropped 70 euros while retrieving our room key and they saw it and gathered it to return to her- they could not find us to they left it at the reception desk for us with a note. Then the next day, the gentleman checked that we received it. So amazing and touching! I will definitely stay there again if we ever get back to the Loire Valley. "
