Rooms are tiny but fairly clean, nice amenities in the rooms. $40USD credit is nice to use in a bar. We did not get an upgrade. Location is great.

I was very pleased with my visit… the only issue I had was at the end when we were trying to get our things out in the lobby and your young gentleman was right behind my daughter telling her she needed to leave as she had a Dublin donuts cup in the lobby… I was not happy about that at all.. then he continued to follow us u til we left, even followed up outside… this was at 11:45 am

Every time I go to NY this is my hotel of choice. The staff is amazing!!! The location can’t be beat, China town to one side, little Italy to the other and next to the subway.
