"Hotel needs to have airport shuttle. It's only 5 minutes away from the airport and taxis are very expensive for the distance!"

"The first room we were in had hairs under the covers, and one of the needs had mysterious stains. Although calling them “covers” is a reach… However, polite and effective hotel staff quickly and efficiently prepared a new room for us with real, clean covers. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff was polite. Expect rooms in poor condition. Polite staff, good for the price."

"I absolutely LOVE Hotel Hacienda San Cristobal. The clean rooms, the staff, the beautiful hacienda itself. The location is very safe. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay here when I visit the area."

"Check in was nice and fast, however upon arriving to the room when using the sink the water was dripping from under the sink. The room was very hot, we turned it on and went out for a few hours, when we came back the room was still hot and the temperature on the thermostat did not change at all, we called the front desk and was told the ac takes longer than usual to become cool because there’s direct sun light hitting the windows and blah blah blah… by that time the sink issue had already been fixed. We went out again and wanted to check out the pool. What a disappointment, there were leaves floating in it and lots of sediment at the bottom, I don’t even think the filter system was on. Then got back to the room wanting to take a shower and there was no water pressure at the shower. We were only staying for the night so we didn’t want to call the front desk a third time so we just didn’t shower. The location is convenient because it’s 5 min from the airport but if I ever come back, I will never stay at this hotel."

"Staff was very courteous, management was very helpful and allowed an early check-in. Room was clean, but had no windows or hot water in shower or sink. It was very affordable, and I slept fine, but I was surprised there wasn’t hot water. "

"The staff was very accommodating. My reservations was premade so they had everything ready for me. They had us on the top second floor, but we asked if we could have a room floor. There are more than gracious to give it to us love that the room was so nice and clean too big king size beds. We only need one for me and my husband, I put do not disturb, but they actually still came in and cleaned the room which was surprising but still OK they added more water. The amenities were super sweet and just overall beautiful relaxing calm area five minutes from the airport which was fantastic. Definitely loved. Will stay again in the new future with our family. "
