Great Weekend Getaway

Family 4th of July

Great views, decent accommodations. Bed arrangements are a little confusing in listing. Boaters beware boat parking is minimal. Pontoon owners be especially aware, we opted to keep my truck and pontoon parked at Cypress Bend boat launch durring our stay. On site property manager was especially helpful and pleasant, answering questions that arose durring our stay. Overall a pleasurable experience.

Listing not Clear

The listing for the property is not clear that it is a Villa within a group (~10) of other Villas which all share a pool and a boat house; listing says Private Pool Boathouse which is factually correct but clearly they are obfuscating that it is shared. This is probably why there are no outside photos. Communication with site manager was good when power went out for 12 hours, which seems to be a regular occurrence.

Great spot

We were running from hurricane Ida, last minute trip, beautiful lake views, excellent golf course nearby, fishing charter was 20 minutes away. We had a great time, the condo nice and comfortable.

Relaxing getaway

As far as a good place to relax, this is it. We couldn’t do much because of the weather one day, but overall it’s a nice place to stay.

Great family spot!

Beautiful views of the water. The villa is nice and has lots of space. Easy access to rentals like boats and golf carts. We enjoyed our trip!

Great stay.

Everything was beautiful. Only minor things are that the internet didn’t work and we had to call for the pool code. But everything else was excellent. We would stay here again!

Great Views, Not Enough Space to Park a Pontoon

Nice accommodations, spectacular views! Absolutely self-serve check in (good for ease of check in, bad if you need to report a problem, like "no room to park boat in designated parking"). Had to park unauthorized on adjacent property, we were constantly worried about our boat and equipment. Had to walk a greater distance to access boat. Description and pictures don't match. Difficult to plan a stay with family without having a good understanding of beds and bedrooms. There was minimal supply of paper towels (1/2 roll), minimal toilet paper. Absolutely NO HANDSOAP and no blow dryer.
