We love Gran Festivall, we’ve stayed here many different occasions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are great, beach is wonderful. The rooms need to be updated, cleaned and just a little more love and attention. Bathrooms in common areas need to have lights especially if you’re using them at night it was so hard to use them without a light, we had to turn on the flashlight on our phone. A really nice hotel, the property just needs some touch ups and needs to be cleaner.

I loved the buffet and how clean the hotel room always was! The air conditioning needs to be fixed because the condo I stayed in, only one room had a working AC; The events were limited on a weekday & I was referred back and forth between the events table and the lobby for information. The main pool was really hot day and night; the only pool that was fresh was the waterslide pool.

Its a beatiful place unfortunately, the rooms need to be cleaned, they have a fungus smell and AC did not work. The room room did not have enough sheets .

The hotel is located in a very large area that is across the road from the beach. Aside from that, everything else is less than pleasing. The facilities need to be updated asap. Our hotel room did not have a working AC for the top room which was the one that needed it the most. Ants were everywhere in all rooms, the bed was very hard and and everything was old. No microwave and no fridge. We will definitely not be coming back.
