Beautiful hotel, great rooms, and a location that cant be beat --right on the beach. Service was lacking and the food was not great. Go out to eat as much as you can.

The rooms we got were right above the entertainment so it was very noisy and we were not able to rest well, my family all got sick from the food they serve. Hotel is clean and staff is very pleasant, the beach is fantastic!

Love that it's beachfront. The pool was very nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Food was not great but good, and fruit was fresh. Entertainment was good the 1st night, though the Karaoke 2nd night not kid friendly, crowded and not enough seating provided, we left after 10min.

The location was great - beach front. Our room was great, nice ocean view. Evening entertainment was good. I think the thing we didn't appreciate much was food variety. Being that it is in Manzanillo, we expected more sea food options. Looks like beach didn't admit sellers, so we didn't have fresh fruit, coconuts, etc. That was more fun just down the way. It is okay to stay if you don't care to drive around and see the city. If you like fun mariscos, fruits, etc. no need to stay in 'all-inclusive'.

I feel like we got scammed because we booked with Expedia and paid in full then when we arrived they told me I had to pay for an additional ticket because they had different information on their end even though I called customer service Expedia could not help me. I ended up paying it because we were exhausted. The check in took over an hr. I was extremely disappointed. Other than that it was perfect for my kids and food is not the greatest.

The reason I gave the 3 stars was in the way the staff was unable to solve or escalate our needs. I reserved a room with 2 beds and ocean view, upon my arrival I got a room with a king size bed. Beautiful view, but 1 bed. It took them over an hour to give me a room with 2 beds whenIhad made my reservationfora room with two beds. Once I got the new room we were not pleased with the view. It was a partial view. Once I told them about the view they made us wait until the next day after 3 pm to give us the new room. Another complain is the internet, we couldn't get a good signal and the T.V. never worked. Didn't have service our whole stay. We kept calling the only reply was they're working on it. The keys to the room had to be reactivated every day and sometimes more than once. That was very inconvenient.
