"I have a nice stay for a week, is spacious the outside open area. Nice bugambilias bushes in the patio. The fridge wasn't working that well and be aware of ants. I like the pool and love the palapa! Every bedroom has a bathroom 👍"

"Over all, the property was unclean and not sanitary (there were old bars of soap left in the shower, and dishes left on the cupboards, not to mention half eaten tacos and food still left in the fridge...)The biggest problem though is that there is actually 3 rooms in the house, you have access to only 2 of them, and the third room is left locked and unexplained. "We were warned about noise past 10. However, every neighbor there has dogs barking all night long. It is a permanent residential neighborhood. So as a VRBO renter you get hated looks from the neighbors. The neighbor to the left of you is still under construction which works on his house throughout the night. The backyard is not private.
