"Great location and nice room"

"The hotel is outdated but not horrible. The main issue was the pool. When we take our family on vacation our kids favorite part is the pool. However, the pool experience here with children is HORRIBLE!!! They have NO seating around the pool and don’t allow chairs to be brought inside. No kids under 14 are allowed in the hot tub even if there isn’t a single other person in the pool area and they spy on you and come and tell you to get your kids out of the hot tub. It was March when we went and it was cold outside. When the kids got done swimming they were cold and asked if they could warm up in the hot tub before going outside and getting colder. I told them to just sit calmly for a few minutes in the hot tub. Within 30 seconds the front desk person came in and told me to get my kids out of the hot tub. There wasn’t a single other person there and they were just sitting there calmly. To top it off they won’t allow you to take the pool towels back to your room. So, you’re cold and have no towel on the way back to your room. I would NEVER stay here again! It is not family friendly. "

"Very old and run down. Room doors falling apart, beds hard and really just not worth the price. For what we paid, we expected a beautiful balcony view. Not the top of the restaurant that the seagulls congregate and leave their mess. Walked out on the balcony to a messy, smelly mess. Construction on the outside should have been an automatic discount. Loud, blocking access etc. property should be giving notices at time of reservation. Pool dirty and elevator is sketchy. Made loud noises and jerked. We ended up using stairs after it stopped for a few seconds leaving us stuck inside. Definitely needs the 3 yr project that one of the construction guys informed us. Sad the property is false advertising. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless they cut their prices to reflect the terrible conditions this old place is. Staff is great though! Kudos to them for trying to make up for it all!"

"⭐ 1 Star Review I am extremely disappointed with my stay and I definitely feel a refund is appropriate. We paid full price, but the hot tub was not available, which was one of the main amenities we expected to use. There was no proper price adjustment, no meaningful solution, and no real accountability for charging full price when advertised amenities were not available. On top of that, the room lights were flickering, which made the room feel poorly maintained and uncomfortable. There was also constant noise from people running around upstairs, making it very hard to relax or enjoy the stay. For what this hotel charges, this was absolutely not worth it. No working hot tub, flickering lights, poor noise control, and still charged full price. That is unacceptable. I would like the hotel to make this right with a refund or meaningful compensation. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again unless management takes these issues seriously."

"Friendly staff, right on the beach, plenty of parking. While the room was clean it is very dated especially the bathroom. We had a great stay."
