Nice getaway
We came here with our newborn to relax and recover and it was everything we needed! This home had everything we needed and more. The view from the window seat was wonderful and an amazing place to take a nap while the rain poured outside. We can’t wait to visit again!

A cozy stay with an amazing view
The location and design of this place creates a cozy atmosphere with privacy for your group. Right along the coast, our stay was a nice, quiet couple of days with fresh coastal air. The chairs aren't the most comfortable and while the hot tub is an amazing addition, be prepared for the coastal winds at your back! We had a great time overall, and would recommend!

Great beach getaway
We have been coming to Manzanita for 30 years and love all of the different houses here. This one has a fantastic location and the view from window seat is amazing! We loved the hot tub and deck and this was the perfect size for our family. A note for the property managers about the stove—the large burners don’t work, only the small ones. The lighting fixtures all over need to be cleaned and need a few new/brighter bulbs. The living room can be a little dim at night. Thank you!

Nice little break by the sea
Very clean, perfectly located funky beach house! Pros - GREAT location with easy access to Manzanita's main street and beautiful beach. Wonderful hot tub, comfortable beds, decent ocean view, and clean bathrooms. It was a good place to relax after the holidays. Cons - overall furniture is old and need a refresh. House is triple split level which will be tough for anyone with issues going up stairs. We were fine, but our old dog struggled a bit. It is not fancy, but just fine for what we wanted.

We will definitely stay here again. The hot tub is fantastic and the view spectacular. We also had sunshine all three days which really helped. Close to town and the beach. Highly recommend.

Great location
This location is awesome - just a couple minutes to walk to coffee/dinner/shops, but the house feels quiet and secluded, AND also just a short walk to the beach! Beach trail is about 5 houses down, and an easy trail (no steep steps/rocks like some other places). House is good, only disappointment was the fireplace was out of order and looked like it had been for a while. Everything else in great working order. Appreciated having a few things there like a fan and night lights. One small wish was to have a shorter door code - we got a 10-digit code which meant we couldn't easily memorize it and had to make sure we had it in our phones or written down to get back in. Would stay again!

Wonderful beach house!
We loved this house, but it needs a new coffee maker, the current one is a beast and it was dirty with old coffee in it. Also there was sand on the floor when we arrived.

We did not have any heat the 2nd night. We were locked out of the Nest. When we reached out to Vacasa, they were unable to help because the owner did not know the code. This property is advertised to have a fireplace and a wood stove. There was not a fireplace and the wood stove did not work. This was also reported to Vacasa. They said they would reach out to us the following day with more information. Vacasa never got back to us

Great spot!
Our family, including our young grandchild, had a wonderful time at this beach house. It was close to the ocean with great views of the sunset! It does have stairs to get to the main living room and kitchen.

Close to the beach. Quiet. Clean. Efficient management
Easy access to the beach. Nice little view. Quiet, even with windows left open all the time. Management process very efficient for answering questions. Climate control system slightly confusing because it never ever switches over to “cooling“ but with the high temps in the middle of August hitting 72° you quickly realize why they didn’t bother to install air conditioning. Far faster and easier to simply stick one of the fans in a window.

Perfect for family (with dog!)
It was our second time staying in this house. Love the location. You can hear and see the ocean from the kitchen/dining/living room and balcony. We slept with the bedroom window open and heard the waves at night, too! The amount of space was perfect for our family of four (kids ages 5&8).

Perfect location and fantastic views
Easy walk to beach or shops in quaint small town of Manzanita. Inside is quite a bit dated but all functional. Beds were comfortable. Living room Furniture is less than desirable, but again functional. Needed comfortable furnishings downstairs in other living area. Any more than 4 adults and it would be unsatisfactory in terms of room to sit and converse comfortably. This time of year (January) outside is not much of an option to sit outside. It was a great place to recharge with the fantastic view of the water if you aren’t looking for high end posh accommodations.
